Elgin Rehab is located on S Grove Ave in downtown Elgin, near the Fox River and easy to reach from across the region:
- From I-90 (Jane Addams Memorial Tollway): Exit at IL-31/Elgin and head into downtown toward Grove Ave.
- From Randall Road: Take Highland Avenue or Chicago Street east into downtown Elgin.
- From the western suburbs: Follow IL-25 or IL-31 along the Fox River into central Elgin.
- From Chicago: Take I-90 west about 45 minutes to the Elgin exits.
